How can I build a buyers list without any properties for sale?

I had no properties for sale when I first started out. I simply went to as many investors as I could find and asked them if I could market their properties. They were more than willing to pay me if I brought them a buyer.

I went to work marketing the deals. Selling them wasn’t my only goal - what I wanted most was the buyers information so that I could contact them when I got my own deals. It worked better than expected. I actually sold some of the properties, and I also got about 50 buyers added to my list. Then I went to work on finding them properties they wanted.

This may not seem like something new but I will tell you this is real life stuff that works and works fast. If you are willing to put the work, and possibly the money, into marketing other people’s properties then you will gain a buyers list fast.

Just make sure they have to come through you and your contact info is in the marketing.

You have to be honest when someone calls and tell them that you are marketing the deals for someone else. Then when you talk to them find out what they want.
